As needed, our experienced staff works with vendor partners who are the best professionals in their industries to support the logistical need of our clients.
Onsite Event Execution
We provide staff onsite for management and support at a client's event. Our professional staff arrives onsite prepared, before time, and ready to provide the level of management and support needed to make an event successful. To make your event look GREAT, we partner with experienced vendors to provide a host of promotional items for your event needs - pens, pencils, presentation folders, bags, calendars, stationary and more. We can handle small or very large orders. Our client

for the conceptual
design of any printed

contract will be required for

Video
Production
We capture your event on video so that it can be cherished and enjoyed by others for years to come. We will tape your event and transpose it into a lovely, edited, production, and provide it to our client in VHS or DVD format.
Cruises
We provide arrangements and reservations for cruises on any of the major cruise lines. Our cruise agents work closely with our clients to ensure excellent service for cruises for small or large groups. A separate contract will be required for cruise services agreed upon bet Travel
Accommodations and
Arrangements
For clients who need
travel accommodations,
our company has an in-house travel agency department, which allows us the flexibility of booking last-minute travel arrangements for air travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation at competitive prices.
