We conduct corporate level training in meeting and event planning and management, designed for corporate and organizational staff that plans meetings and events for their company or organization. We provide the tools and keys for successful and cost effective meetings and events, for beginning to advanced levels.

An initial in-person or phone meeting is scheduled with our client to discuss his/her event planning needs and ideas, and to discuss our company's services. In a follow-up meeting, we would review a tailored contract that details services that meet our clients' needs, all payment agreements, and other contractual agreements. On-going

Also, we offer a host of promotional items such as pens, pencils, presentation folders, bags, calendars, stationary, and unique customized items, in small or large orders. Clients
would be responsible
for the conceptual
design of any printed
materials or logos. Photography and Video
Production
We offer professional
photography and video services
to our clients so that their event can be captured to be cherished and enjoyed by others for years to come. We will
photograph and/or video tape an event, and transpose it into a lovely, edited production, and provide it to our client in VHS or DVD format.
Travel
Accommodations and
Arrangements
Our company has an in-house travel agency department, which allows us the flexibility of booking last-minute travel arrangements for air travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation at competitive prices. Registered clients can make travel requests online, through our event and travel tracker system. Please contact us for online tracker registration information.
