Event Planning, Management and Execution



With a project management approach in most cases, our event planners are assigned individually or as a team to execute all three phases of our clients’ events.  They work very closely with our clients to deliver precise logistics that exceed client expectations.


Event Consultation


Because it is very important for us to start with clearly understanding our clients’ needs, ideas and the desired outcome for their events, we schedule a client consultation.  During this time, we ask and answer all appropriate questions, and provide pertinent information that sets our clients on a clear path of success for their event.


Travel Management


With our in-house travel agency, we offer travel booking and management services for air, train, car rental travel and hotel overnight stays.  We are experienced in managing the travel of our clients and their event attendees.


Event Staffing


We offer onsite staffing for event execution of various capacities – onsite management, registration, greeting, vendor/venue relations, guest direction, etc.









We conduct corporate level training in meeting and event planning and management, designed for corporate and organizational staff that plan meetings and events for their company or organization. We provide the tools and keys for successful and cost-effective meetings and events, for beginning to advanced levels.


A La Carte While at times we may partner with other local MWBE professionals and licensed vendors to customize a services package fit just for each client, we offer a la carte services that are self-performed.  The following services can be requested without an event planning services contract:  photography, videography, print work, promotions, event planning training and travel agency.
